Clay R. Mitman has been a member of the sales department of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Paul Ford, REALTORS® since 1983, becoming an Associate Broker in 1986, Assistant Sales Manager in 1989, Vice President in 1991, and President in 1993.
 
He is a graduate of Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He is a past President of the Lehigh Valley Association of REALTORS®, a member of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®.
